Album Name: "Bowling for Polio" Fundraiser Return to Albums
Album Date: Feb 8, 2009
Description: The Rotary Clubs of Palm Springs (Sun up Club and Rotary Club of Palm Springs) co-sponsored our 1st Annual "Bowling For Polio". The purpose of this event was to create awareness in our community regarding the Gates Foundation Challenge to Rotary to raise 100 million dollars to eradicate Polio in the world. This was our way to say GOOD-BYE to Polio. Event was held at the Canyon Lanes in Morongo. It was a Rotary family and friends affair.

Lea is going to show Fred how to Bowl like they do in Belgium Dan and the girls had a great time..... We were happy to see Gov. Elect Rich and Sue Dell'Agua join us. They teamed with PDG Helene and Len. Can you believe Len has never bowled before????? Looking good Hal! It's

Sun-up Club's, President Elect Bill Chase and Mark and friends Palm Springs Club President Elect Ray and Karen The Cutter's make a nice pair and they bowl good too. Now this is a family affair Barry and Kim, Milt Sandra and grandaughters Rachael and Sidney A relaxing moment with our favorite Membership Chair Lars and Jacque
